Equality Pay For Women

Alana Peralta is the founder of the organization Equality Is Equal Pay.  We met with Alana late February to speak about organization, and the impactful moves they are making to bring change to the pay scale in corporate America. In this impactful conversation we  we spoke about many aspects of inequality within the hispanic, and black community that effects how we feel about ourselves.
